My fitness journey goes way back 2 Decades in Africa at my mom's kitchen.As a young kid,I struggle with depression,childhood traumas anger etc.There wasn't any social media platforms,google,youtube,facebook,tiktok,instagram etc to learn from.My only inspiration was my uncle that I considered then buff and strong as he was a regular lifter and had weights and other exercise machines at his house.The problem was I couldn't approached him for fitness guidance cause it was consider a taboo back then,let alone a teenage. All I wanted was to be strong and I was determined to find a way at all cost.My first opportunity came when I was able to grab one of his biggest weight which I supposed was some kind of car parts probably brakes or some pretty huge and heavy.I remember without his consent,grabbing the weight from his plca eto my dads place it took me days and nights.My first ever attempt was something like milliatry presses ans snatched with no clue what I was doing but I was determind.Such a long story it will take me a full book to complete.
