I am Coach Brisley

a Nurse | Pastor | Husband | Father | Certified Master Trainer

I started my fitness journey way back in Africa in my mom’s kitchen as a young kid struggling with Depression from childhood traumas. There was no such thing as Facebook, google, YouTube or any social media platform to learn from
I had one uncle that was buff, first time I saw him lifting, I knew right there that’s how a man should be Strong. But I just couldn’t approach him for guidance cause back then it was a taboo let alone a child to and elder not for Educational Help but weightlifting or lifters were considered thief’s, jobless, or if you good enough could get a bouncer’s job lol

All I wanted was to be strong so could fight back my inward pains, the bullies at school. I took one of his biggest weights, It took me weeks to move it first to my dad’s place. I would wake up late a nights using back roads, spend hours transferring the big weight when everyone was asleep it was miles upon miles away
My very first training I taught my self was standing military press combo-snatch, floor presses
Within weeks I was the strongest man around the block, succeeded in making every single bully paid back lol side note was never the attacker but will make sure I defend my self enough that will cause them weeks in rehab
Personally I have had so many transitions during the years, from chubby, skinny fat, skinny, lean, buff, jacked, shredded

I achieved a great lean body-mass -aesthetic physique but after a while,I became complacent, stopped learning, yet was a great coach

I was a great trainer(Health Coach, helping others to lose weight, reach their goals but was suffering cause had become comfortable

TURNING POINTS

I did my BMI with a trainer friend of mine, I remember the words “MAN YOU OBESE” hard truth I needed to hear Shocking when I thought and everyone look up to me as the man, wrong crowd I had outgrown (When you the best in the crowd, is time to find a new crowd you can learn something from to evolve
